My coaching is designed for highly sensitive women (cis and trans), non-binary folks, and anyone who’s been socialized or identifies with the experience of being a "sensitive woman." I welcome clients of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and identities.
While I’m deeply committed to serving sensitive souls across the spectrum, I’m also mindful of my lived experience as a white, cisgender woman. Depending on your needs, there may be times when another coach—with shared cultural or identity experience—could support you more fully.
